Crabcake 2011
« on: 17 June, 2011, 12:46:07 AM »
Hello!

I rather let myself down for Bristol this year because I didn't manage to cobble together all my Crabcake strips into a sellable thing - but Birmingham will be different. It's Crabcake ahoy! Although the first few pages were looking a little drab. So I re-wrote and re-mastered them.

:S Apologies in advance!

Years ago I did a bit of extra-comicular (IT'S A WORD) stuff for an art comp it got me into the good books of children's illustrator Carl Pearce who kindly provided the cover for Dr WTF 2011. He also promised me fan art of whatever I wanted. I said (like a shit) "Crabcake" and he's only gone and done it. Crabcake through the eyes of a pro. Christ :O

Crabcake is now being repeated every other Wednesday on the CFM Facebook page to an audience of my girlfriend's mum, my girlfriend and my mum. All of whom saw it the first time round - when it's got up to speed I'll churn out some new ones I've just been busy with goats, jammy slugs, time travel and steampunk Professors.

;)
