Looking for B/W art to colour.
« on: 07 December, 2009, 02:15:35 PM »
Hi folks,

New to this forum but I'm an experienced artist looking to try some comic colouring. Anyone have any black and white artwork, lettered or not, I'd be happy to work on.

Thanks

PJ Holden (no less) provided some here: http://2000adonline.com/forum/index.php/topic,25749.0.html although I can't get that link to work any more.

He does, however, have some more from his recent Dredd 'Interlude' on his blog: http://www.pauljholden.com/blog/

Colorist Sean Ellery has quite a handy library of posters, covers and sequential lineart available to download at high res from here, as does Tony (Walking Dead, Ghost Rider) Moore, but his site appears to be down at the moment.

A lot of people just trawl deviantART and contact the artist to request a high res version of any linework they like, and there are quite a lot of pros with dA pages.

Cheers!

Does anyone have black and white copies of America 2? Now that needs a recolour!

I've fixed my blog! so that previous link http://bit.ly/4lmdBx now works again!

It's a cover plus some internal art from a Dredd Strip ("It Came From Bea Arthur Block")
