Sweet. Though I haven't a clue what threads they're all talking about.  I really want to see them now.

Wellllllll quite a few people thought they might have been the people who knew who they were but weren't (I don't know who I am, so am clearly exempt) and no one could find the actual threads that were being referred to. I think it is some kind of post-modern commentary on something or other. It might be an interesting experiment to turn up message boards and post messages like: "I had to sign up here as I'm sick and tired of you know who talking about you know what all the time, naming no names naturally" and see who apologies for what and if there is an outbreak of finger-pointing.
if I went 'round saying I was an Emperor just because some moistened bint had lobbed a scimitar at me, they'd put me away!

Ahhhhh, just one more thing - just got a coupla things goin' round my head here, probably nothin'... My wife's a big fan of you people; me, I just don't get message boards at all... but Mrs Christ was sayin' to me that she found it kiiinnda strange that some people like to have these kinda mundane conversations.... and, well, it somehow kinda seems to, what's that term you guys use, 'bump up promotional threads'?... though personally I don't know a whole lot about promotional threads... Like I say, probably nothin'.  Anyways, I really oughta let you gennelmen get back to your game of golf. Nice day, huh? Well, so long.

A discussion about Robin Askwith being a twat. (or indeed, a twat!) I still want that picture.

You know- I think that really was the last time Byron posted, and we've not had a script from Art since either.

I'd completely forgotten all about that thread though.

Still got comics to sell though :)

Please remember, if your favourite thread isn't here - it's not going to magically appear so you'd better post it yourselves, folks!

A thread full of bad tempered over-reaction, rudeness and swearing without a contribution from me? Was I ill?

Cheers!

Jim, you were a lot quieter back then. Mainly because you weren't your own boss back then.

Y'know, I've missed this place and it's sad to see how much its chang.. oh, hang on.

 :D

Even I remember some of the threads here, but there's a lot of stuff new to me that, sadly, will prevent me from doing much work for the rest of the week.  Oh well.
