That is way beyond my computer skills, I did email the realplayer piece to His Lordship rac (I don't even know if that attachment will work ::)) so you never know what might happen. I don't know if I could upload it to my youtube site. I will give it a go!

I also just this minute finished typing another piece about the whole thing to another local newspaper after they got in touch with me. I must admit I did cut and paste some bits from my other letter :-[

I may try and transcript it tonight and out it up on here

I started to transcribe it but after 20 seconds realised that it would take for ever, as I speak quite fast and it did go on for nearly six minutes  ::)

If anyone knows how I can upload a real player piece then I'll give it a go but as I said earlier it's way beyond my powers!

How close is the Gatwick train station to the airport, do you know?

The station is in the South Terminal of the airport.
You have to park in a short stay car park and then walk in to the airport to the station. If coming from the North Terminal you can get the free shuttle train to the South Terminal.
Platforms are below the ticket area.

The trip sounds arsom, I hope you all have a great time.
I demand to have some booze!

I was down in the cellar earlier and I think I found a load of spare progs. I will double check that they are spare later (they were not bagged, so that's a good sign) and if they are I'll put them in the Rad Wagon for the trek ;)

Just listened to John's radio interview- great stuff, John- thanks for the awesome plug!

I must say though, you showed remarkable restraint with the inane quality of the questions!

Thanks Richmond, all these people have an agenda so you have to just work round it (that's why the football bit was cut, don't antagonise those or you may get some irate callers). I did have a few crib notes highlighted in front of me, to make sure that certain things definately had a mention but his superhero power question nearly scuppered that.
The original one was over 10 minutes and he cut out the analogy with football fans, the history of 2000AD and Dredd, some names and other bits but the main things were in there. The Hi-Ex! weekend and the Hell-Trek.
By the way did you like the way I just kept talking without stopping for breath ;)

Just looking through the events list I know what I shall be doing at certain times over the weekend.

Saturday 14:00 - 15:00 : Charity Auction With all profits to Children 1st
Sunday   13:30 - 14:30 : Cam Kennedy Interview An audience with a Legend!
Sunday   15:00 - 16:00 : The Galaxy's Greatest Comic It's been around for more than 30 years - what is the secret of its success?

The rest of the time will be chatting, sketches and general frivolity :D

Just gave the radio interview a listen, thanks CF.
Well done, for making us out to be normal, well rounded people. And top marks too for putting up with that host.

Oh, thanks Albion, I don't think I'll have much trouble finding the station now.

Glad you liked it Gavin, could you hear where he cut your name out, the bastard >:(
If anyone else wants me to send the clip (it's on realplayer) I'll gladly send it through your email address on your profile page, just pm me. It last's just under 6 minutes and it's easy on the ear.

Finished the route and the total milage for the Rad Wagon will be 1382.8 miles give or take a few. We may have detours, mainly due to road accidents but I think it'll all come down to mutants hunting us down when we cross over into the wastelands ;)

Just look at all those boxes of goodies that Rich and Vicky have to sort through.
