Maybe you don't have the right codec to play the file. Download Combined Community Codec Pack (CCCP) and install. Use the player included in the installer to play the file. This could help it fix the problem.
Yeah, have to apologise that I'm still playing around with what works best for everyone. It's likely that this is the beta way of doing things and we'll end up with a youtube channel or something to try and go with a happy medium. MP4 I think is the key thing here, getting a quicktime update is normally going to be the essential even when it has a flash front end. But agreed, try and grab that codec pack as it's a diamond
