While I might not be a fan of Defoe I'm certainly a big fan of these trailers. Keep it up and would be very happy to see more.

Maybe you don't have the right codec to play the file.
Download Combined Community Codec Pack (CCCP) and install. Use the player included in the installer to play the file.
This could help it fix the problem.

Yeah, have to apologise that I'm still playing around with what works best for everyone. It's likely that this is the beta way of doing things and we'll end up with a youtube channel or something to try and go with a happy medium. MP4 I think is the key thing here, getting a quicktime update is normally going to be the essential even when it has a flash front end. But agreed, try and grab that codec pack as it's a diamond

'sokay, that youtube link did the job. Lush trailer - I'd love to see entire strips given this treatment with the appropriate soundtrack (I'm far too lazy to manually scroll around webcomics!)
