Dave Gibbons is one of 2000 AD's most popular artists, having created Harlem Heroes and Rogue Trooper. He has also pencilled A.B.C. Warriors, Dan Dare, Judge Dredd, Mega-City One, Ro-Busters, Tharg the Mighty, Tharg's Future Shocks and Time Twisters, as well as having scripted several Rogue Trooper stories — making Gibbons one of the few 2000 AD creators to have served as writer, artist and letterer!

Beyond 2000 AD, Gibbons is unquestionably best known for his work on the award-winning classic Watchmen (with Alan Moore), but he has also pencilled A1, Batman, Doctor Who, Give Me Liberty, Green Lantern, Superman, Star Wars and War Story. He is currently working on The Originals, an original graphic novel for DC/Vertigo.

Ian Gibson

One of 2000 AD's best-loved and most honoured artists, Ian Gibson is responsible for the co-creation of The Ballad of Halo Jones (with Alan Moore), and created Bella Bagley, an unfortunate character in Judge Dredd's world who fell head-over-heels in love with 'Old Stoney Face' himself!

Of course, Gibson's involvement with 2000 AD is far more extensive. He has worked on Ace Trucking Co., I Was a Teenage Tax Consultant, Judge Anderson, Future Shocks, Project Overkill, Robo-Hunter, Ro-Jaws' Robo-Tales, Strontium Dog, Maze Dumoir, Tharg the Mighty, The Mind of Wolfie Smith and Walter the Wobot, as well as The Taxidermist in Judge Dredd: The Megazine. Prior to his start at 2000 AD, Gibson illustrated Starlord's Mind Wars with Redondo, and he has also illustrated Judge Dredd's adventures in the Daily Star newspaper.

His work outside the Galaxy's Greatest Comic includes Chronicles of Genghis Grimtoad, Foot Soldiers, Green Lantern Corps, Meta-4, Millennium ( with Joe Staton), Mr. Miracle, Star Wars: Boba Fett, Star Wars: Droids, Steed and Mrs. Peel and X-Men Unlimited, plus the designs for the TV series Reboot. He created also created Annie Droid for The Times.

Charles Gillespie has contributed to both 2000 AD and the Megazine, illustrating Sinister Dexter and Vector 13 for the former, and Armitage, Judge Anderson, Judge Dredd, The Inspectre and Missionary Man for the latter. He is currently leading the design team for a major forthcoming Xbox video game.

Patrick Goddard is a rising star at the Galaxy's Greatest Comic. Co-creator of the Megazine series Wardog, he has pencilled Judge Dredd, Mean Machine, Middenface McNulty and Sinister Dexter.

Kelvin Gosnell

Kelvin Gosnell served as 2000 AD's second editor, from Progs 17 to 85 (18th June 1977 — 7th October 1978). He also wrote Blackhawk, Dan Dare, A Joe Black Adventure, Judge Dredd, Project Overkill, Ro-Jaws' Robo-Tales, The Stainless Steel Rat and Tharg's Future Shocks, as well as co-writing the first series of Flesh.

Alan Grant

The only writer to even come close to John Wagner's astonishing 2000 AD record is, perhaps unsurprisingly, his long-term writing partner Alan Grant. With over 300 2000 AD stories to his name — not to mention over 250 Daily Star Judge Dredd strips — Grant's prolific creative record speaks for itself.

Alan Grant is the co-creator of Ace Trucking Co., Apocalypse Soon, Armageddon, Bad City Blue, B.L.A.I.R. 1, Durham Red, Judge Anderson, Juliet November, Mazeworld, Middenface McNulty and the recurring Judge Dredd characters Chopper and PJ Maybe. He has written for Bad Company, Batman/Judge Dredd, Blackhawk, Daily Star Dredd, Heavy Metal Dredd, The Helltrekkers, Judge Dredd, Mean Machine, Mean Team, Mega-City One, Robo-Hunter, Strontium Dog, Tales of Mega-City One, Tales of The Doghouse, Tharg's Future Shocks, Tharg the Mighty and Time Twisters.

Outside the Galaxy's Greatest Comic, Grant is well-known to Batman fans following a lengthy run on various incarnations of the title, and has also written The Chronicles of Genghis Grimtoad, JLA: Riddle of the Beast, L.E.G.I.O.N., Lobo, Tank Girl and The Terminator.
