Laurence Campbell

Laurence Campbell is the co-creator of DeMarco P.I., illustrating the character's first story in the Megazine. He has also illustrated Judge Dredd and a Future Shock, as well as Bison and Synnamon. The latter two were created with Colin Clayton and Chris Dows, whom Campbell worked with on Image Comics' Disciples.

Mike Carey

Mike Carey is one of comics' rising star writers. Following his first strips, Toxic's Aquarius and, later, Inferno, he made his 2000 AD debut with Future Shocks and Pulp Sci-Fi, going on to create Carver Hale and then Thirteen. In the meantime his work had caught the attention of DC/Vertigo, who promptly asked him to write the ongoing series Lucifer, and later to follow other 2000 AD creators on to Hellblazer. He is currently preparing a revival of military/horror series Wetworks at DC/WildStorm and a Hellblazer graphic novel, 'All His Engines'; his romantic comedy miniseries, My Faith in Frankie, has been collected by Vertigo.

Andy Clarke

Andy Clarke is a rising star of 2000 AD. Making his debut on Sinister Dexter, he quickly gained in popularity thanks to his highly detailed and realistic artwork, which falls in style somewhere between that of John Cassaday and Whilce Portacio. Stints on Judge Dredd, Nikolai Dante, Rose O' Rion and Pulp Sci-Fi led to Clarke moving on to his first co-created series, punk psychic thriller Thirteen. The success of the latter saw Clarke teamed with Andy Diggle on Snow/Tiger, an acclaimed military thriller which represents his most recent 2000 AD work.

Colin Clayton and Chris Dows

The collaborative team of Colin Clayton and Chris Dows are relative newcomers to the Galaxy's Greatest Comic, but have made an immediate impact with their two co-created series, Bison and Synnamon. They have also produced two Pulp Sci-Fi stories.

Prior to their 2000 AD work, Clayton and Dows collaborated on several Image and Caliber Comics titles, including Autumn, Disciples and Searchers.

Carl Critchlow

Carl Critchlow is another 2000 AD artist whose popularity is rising, thanks primarily to his work on the co-created semi-comic sci-fi strip Lobster Random. He made his debut some years previously, however, working on Nemesis and Deadlock, then moving on to Batman/Judge Dredd,Flesh, Flesh 3000AD, Future Shocks, Judge Dredd, Mean Machine andTales of Telguuth.

Critchlow is well-known outside the Galaxy's Greatest Comic for both his humourous barbarian saga, Thrud the Barbarian, and his artwork for the Magic: The Gathering card game. He has also recently worked on DC comics' JLA: Riddle of the Beast, Batman: Shadow of the Bat and Lobo, and is currently at work on a new Lobster Random series.

Andrew Currie

Andrew Currie made his 2000 AD debut with Judge Dredd, following success in America with series like Ninjak, Seeker 3000, and a Nick Fury comic. He followed his stint on Dredd with The Inspectre, Mercy Heights and Sinister Dexter, eventually going on to pencil the "Smashball" epic in the Daily Star Judge Dredd strip. Currie's most recent work is on Star Trek: The Next Generation for DC/WildStorm.
